If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on www.deadsealife.ch, you can return the unused portion of the product to us for a refund or replacement.
• To return the unwanted item, please call our Customer Service on 0041 91 221 67 00 or send us an email and we will provide you with a return label.
• Print the label and stick it on the return package.
For reasons of safety and speed, we recommend that you send your return by post with acknowledgment of receipt.
Refund requests will be handled promptly.
The average processing times for returns and deliveries of replacement items vary from 7 to 10 working days from the receipt of your return. Weekdays: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive confirmation of receipt and processing of your return or replacement by e-mail.

In the event that the products received are damaged or defective in any way or do not match your original order, we will be happy to replace the items or offer you a refund.

To ensure timely resolution, provide your order number and keep the box, packaging and damaged items for courier inspection.
This policy is valid only for purchases made online on deadsealife.ch; we are unable to process returns for purchases made at other stores.
